The answer is Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. And if you were paying attention to state capitals in school, you'd remember that Harrisburg is the captial of Pennsylvania, NOT Philadelphia as many think.

I was going to say, that is amazing for 70 mph! Thanks for the geography lesson, Pat, I think I must have been sick the year they did state capitals.
