We met Clark for dinner tonight at BonChon. It's a Korean wings place
at the Navy yard and it was yummy. Some spicy and some garlicky. We also had
bulgogi and fried rice.
Pat says: So what's bulgogi?

Bulgogi is a Korean dish. We had beef (there's also chicken and pork) with a tangy Asian sauce cooked with onions. It's usually served with rice and small bowls of condiments - pickled radishes, cucumbers, baked beans, zucchini -- to share. At Bon Chon, they served it with white rice and pickled radishes.
