If I had to tell a story about these two photos, I'd say that Mary and Fran went out to dinner to celebrate Mary's birthday and the meal ended with some sort of lavish dessert which looks like a banana split.

pound cake, caramelized bananas, ice cream, chocolate sauce, and lemon cookies as a bonus. mmm mmm mmm
The wild party was held at Maggiano's Italian Restaurant, where we were able to eat, drink and be very merry until the police arrived. Mary was out of control for a family restaurant.
Fran - you knew what I was like when you took me there so my behavior should have come as no surprise
