That does not appeal to me. Can't think of any food that has liquor in it that I like. In fact, at lunch when Barbara and I were perusing the dessert menu to come up with a dessert to share, I said I'd do any dessert but tiramisu -- am not a fan. I want my liquor in a glass, and my food on a plate -- not a combination.
This is as close as I could get to Creme de Menthe Bavarian Pie and even this photo doesn't entice:

mmmm looks to me like a nice ending to a dinner of a big bowl of corned beef and cabbage....
It must be your Irish blood that has corrupted your taste buds.
ps... add a salmon appetizer and you'd be in culinary heaven.
